You can delete your account and the data tied to it in two ways.

1. Inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the app
2. Go to Profile
3. Choose Settings
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm

2. By email

From the email address linked to your account, write “Delete my account” to [email protected]. We complete the request within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• Account, profile, nickname and character settings
• Lesson progress, XP, streaks, leagues and badges
• Code you wrote inside the app

Purchase records belong to the store (App Store / Google Play) and are kept by the store; apart from invoice records we are legally required to keep, no personal data is retained.

If you signed in with Facebook or Google

After deleting your account you may also remove Vickie’s access from your Facebook or Google account settings.
