You can delete your account and your personal data in two ways.

1. Inside the app (recommended)

2. Go to Profile
3. Choose Settings
4. Tap Permanently delete account at the bottom of the page and confirm twice

2. By email

From the email address linked to your account, write “Delete my account” to [email protected]. We complete the request within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, password and your Apple or Google sign-in link
• Your session records (including IP address and device information)
• Your friend code, friendships, friend requests and league entry
• The look of your character
• Your device’s push token, your time zone and the records of notifications sent to you

The account can never be signed in to again; your progress, XP, streak and coins cannot be restored. No further notification is sent to you.

What is kept

• Lesson and usage statistics (such as completed lessons and onboarding answers), separated from everything that identifies you. You cannot be reached through these records.
• Purchase records: with the store (App Store / Google Play) and our subscription service, for accounting and disputes, for the periods the law requires.
• Analytics and crash records: kept without your name or email address, and removed after at most 14 months in Google Analytics and 90 days in Crashlytics.

If you have a subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately in the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account.

If you signed in with Apple or Google

After deleting your account you may also remove Vickie’s access from your Apple or Google account settings.
