Vickie: Learn to Code
Last updated: 17 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Vickiemobile app (the “App”) and the vickie.app website. By downloading or using the App you agree to them.
The service
Vickie is a learning app with educational content about coding and AI. The content is for education; it does not promise a particular learning outcome, exam result or income.
Accounts
- The App can be used without an account; you may sign up with email, Apple or Google to keep your progress across devices.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and for what is done with it.
- You can delete your account at any time from inside the App (see Data Deletion).
Premium and payments
- Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases go through the App Store or Google Play; payment, renewal and refunds follow that store’s rules.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled in your store account’s subscription settings.
- Prices and content may change over time; changes do not affect the current period.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the App unlawfully, to harm others or to disrupt the service.
- The code runner is for lessons and practice only; abuse may lead to suspension.
- Lesson content, artwork and the Vickie character are ours and may not be copied or redistributed. The code you write is yours.
Children
The App may be used by children. We expect users under 13 to use it with a parent’s or guardian’s knowledge. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach them.
